Le champ "Web" doit contenir le paramètre qui sera dans l'URL.
Sans espaces. Uniquement lettres, chiffres et tirer.
Et on aura une adresse de la forme
https://espaceclient.groupimo.fr/groupimo,contact.html?ad=le-contenu-du-champ-web

Donc le contenu du champ Web me permet :
- de retrouver le ticket dans le projet Publicités
